TIPS FOR EATING OUT!
To drink, you can choose: water, sparkling water, sparkling water with lemon.
If you go out from time to time and feel like having a soft drink, there is no problem in choosing the light/zero options.
Choose a first course of salad or a main course where vegetables take center stage.
Protein-rich options are a good choice. (Meat, fish, eggs, legumes)
Replace the French fries with salad, grilled vegetables, baked potatoes or rice.
Depending on your tastes or preferences depending on the day.
Choose dishes without many sauces or ask them to serve them on the side.
(Sauces are usually high in calories and do not provide anything nutritionally speaking)
Only have dessert if you feel like it, never out of habit or because of what others say. If you decide to have dessert, choose the one you like the most. Denying it to yourself when you really want to eat it will only create anxiety.
Order a coffee or tea to accompany the rest of the diners while they chat after dinner.
If you go out to eat because you want a burger or pizza, choose a quality one. Enjoy that meal.
You don't have to deprive yourself of anything when your daily life is mostly healthy.
